DELIVERY CHARGES
Our delivery charges includes the processing of your order, handling, packing of the products purchased, and delivery (including assembly of products) to a location of your choice within Singapore. We provide delivery services at a payable fee of $80/- per trip (on weekdays) is applicable regardless of number of items within Singapore. An additional charge of S$80.00 will be imposed on each subsequent delivery if the first delivery appointment is unsuccessful. We provide delivery services at a payable fee of $100 for Saturdays Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery services on Sundays and Public Holidays.

In the event, if delivery service is required, customers are to notify us 3 weeks' in advance. The rescheduling of delivery will also be subject to availability. During unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions, the delivery time is subject to changes without prior notice to the customer.
Delivery must be taken within 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Goods held beyond 90 days from the date of purchase will be billed at $10.00 per day for everyday thereafter, to a maximum of 45 additional days. After which, customer must take delivery of the goods regardless of any circumstances or the Management shall reserve the right to cancel order and forfeit the deposits paid.
Our in-house deliveries will be scheduled into different timeslots from 10am-5pm, according to locations. We are unable to deliver at a specific or fixed timing. The time slot allocated for the delivery will only be advised 1 day before the scheduled date.

Lorenzo reserves the right to change the delivery date due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Lorenzo will act within our means to notify you at the soonest of any possible delays or difficulties.

Lorenzo will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, charges or expenses that may arise from any delays, postponements, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.

For our overseas customers who support us and are interested in our designs, unfortunately, we currently do not provide any shipping services outside of Singapore. Please contact export.enquiry@lorenzo-international.com for more information.

RECEIVING OR ORDERING
When taking delivery of the order, customer or appointed party shall inspect the item(s) and surroundings (home / delivery venue) before the delivery team leaves the premises. Should there be any defects, please alert the delivery team and note it down on the delivery order. Alternatively, you can also write in to sg.sd@lorenzo-international.com with a short description and with photos attached. The team will revert to you in 3 working days. Alternatively, you may call (65) 6741 0330 from 11am to 5pm (Mon-Fri).
In the event that an exchange cannot be done, Lorenzo reserves the right to offer a refund or a substitute. All 1-1 exchanges will depend on the availability of the item / next available shipment.
Should the customer not comply with this clause, Lorenzo reserves the right to reject any claim of warranty. Please note that once the delivery order is signed off, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order.
